When Quality meets Class
~ Our Team ~
Ruston was born into the construction Industry. From 10 years old to the time he graduated high school at 17 years old, Ruston worked full-time while going to school. He began working for a reputable local company, learning and performing most construction trades onsite on no-school days, nights, weekends, and holiday breaks. From 7th-12th grade, Ruston also learned to build and sell furniture. Once he graduated high school, Ruston became one of the youngest superintendents at his workplace, running projects locally and out of state on commercial and residential projects for the last 20-plus years. At the age of 32, Ruston was awarded ownership and became a partner of that same company. Ruston takes a great deal of pride in his work and is known for his work ethic and stamping his name and the team's name on every project they produced. This local company that started as a family-owned and operated business went from $200,000.00 in sales a year to $35 million in sales a year during his career there. Ruston managed 30-40 superintendents, onsite foreman, laborers, and a good portion of staff hiring. He also handled most of the crews' HR while finding, bidding, and producing his share of the company's sales each month. At the age of 37, Ruston decided to further his career and future by starting Jorgensen Construction Group, LLC (JCG).
